FOR CUSTOMERS FROM THE U.K. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER WITHIN FIVE DAYS PLEASE LET US KNOW.

AS A CUSTOMER OF NUFC.COM WE WANT YOU TO FEEL SAFE WHEN YOU ORDER FROM US, SO NO MATTER WHAT PART OF THE WORLD YOU LIVE IN  WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING:  
YOU CAN RETURN ANY ITEM YOU PURCHASE FROM US WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE ITEM FOR WHAT EVER REASON AS LONG AS IN THE CASE OF CLOTHING THE TAGS ARE INTACT AND THE ITEM IS RE-SALEABLE, WE WILL EITHER EXCHANGE THE ITEM OR REFUND YOU THE COST OF THE ITEM, IF YOUR ORDER WAS SENT UNDER OUR FREE POSTAGE OFFER YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS 10% TO COVER OUR CHARGES.

 
IF YOU HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE ITEM AND YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE.

ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE  
YES, IF YOU ORDER A SHIRT AND YOU REQUIRE A NAME AND NUMBER ESPECIALLY YOUR OWN NAME, WE WILL NOT EXCEPT IT AS A RETURN AS WE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO RE-SELL IT, IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF THE SIZE THAT YOU REQUIRE, MEASURE THE CHEST OF THE PERSON THAT THE SHIRT IS FOR AND LET US KNOW, WE WOULD RATHER MEASURE TEN SHIRTS AND GET IT RIGHT THAN SELL YOU A SHIRT THAT IS WRONG.  

 EXTRA INSURANCE 

Some Countries are at present having problems with delivery and with parcels going missing, We have introduced an insurance charge for all orders where the value is over £28.00,  your order will be shipped via Royal Mails Inter National Signed For service, this will almost guarantee delivery of your parcel plus delivery will be on a much faster service, there will be a £4.80 additional charge for this which will be added to your invoice on the day of dispatch.
